A typical Apprenticeship lasts approximately one year. A Focus is available for any of the following:
1. Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution
2. Restorative Justice and Related Practices
3. Teaching, Training, and Facilitation
Each Apprenticeship is designed to the individual in question, maximizing both value and impact. As an example, an Apprenticeship might include:

- A two-hour Introductory Meeting
- An Initial Assesment of your Goals, Values, Background, and Practice
- 5 one-hour, one-on-one Intensive Sessions
- 5 one-hour, one-on-one Coaching Sessions
- 4 prepaid, Online Workshops of your choice
- Recommendations and Referrals for further growth and advancement
