Duke Fisher has decades of knowledge and experience in the fileds of Dispute Resolution and Restorative Justice. In order to move the fields forward, Duke is available to select practitioners for Mentoring and Coaching services through an Apprenticeship.

In addition, Duke's contacts around the world offer additional opportunities for connection, collaboration, and coaching.

Training a Branch ManagerInterested in Mentoring + Coaching?

A typical Apprenticeship lasts approximately one year. A Focus is available for any of the following:

1. Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution
2. Restorative Justice and Related Practices
3. Teaching, Training, and Facilitation

Each Apprenticeship is designed to the individual in question, maximizing both value and impact. As an example, an Apprenticeship might include:

    • A two-hour Introductory Meeting
    • An Initial Assesment of your Goals, Values, Background, and Practice
    • 5 one-hour, one-on-one Intensive Sessions
    • 5 one-hour, one-on-one Coaching Sessions
    • 4 prepaid, Online Workshops of your choice
    • Recommendations and Referrals for further growth and advancement
